Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech, you accept the following terms and conditions in full.

Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be settled before the scheduled flight date. We accept bank transfer and cash payment on-site at the launch location.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled flight, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight are non-refundable. If a flight is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we offer a full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.

Safety & Passenger Requirements

All passengers must be at least 6 years of age. Pregnant women and individuals with serious cardiac or mobility conditions are unable to fly for safety reasons. The maximum passenger weight is 120 kg. All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times during the experience.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, email address, phone number) solely to process your booking enquiry. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@hotairballoon-marrakech.com.

Liability

Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech maintains comprehensive third-party liability insurance. We accept no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the experience. We are not liable for flight cancellations caused by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
